Shipping Method:

All purchases made on The Acadour website are shipped from our headquarters in Delhi, India, using reputed courier agencies.

 

Estimated Delivery Time:

You can expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that the actual delivery time may vary based on factors such as your location, courier agency capacity, and any unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

 

Delivery Days and Hours:

Order deliveries will be made between 11 am and 7 pm, Monday through Saturday. We do not offer Sunday delivery services at this time.

 

Shipping Fees:

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders with a total value of Rs. 1999/- or more. This means that if your order exceeds Rs. 1999/-, you won’t incur any shipping charges.

  • Flat Shipping Fee: For orders with a total value below Rs. 1999/-, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150/- will be applied. This flat fee ensures that even smaller orders remain affordable to ship.

Reporting Shortages or Damages:

We take great care to ensure that your order is packaged securely and reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the event of any shortages or damages to your order, please follow these steps:

  • Immediate Inspection: We kindly request you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any discrepancies or damages, please bring them to the attention of the delivery personnel and make a note of the issues on the delivery receipt.
  • Report to Customer Service: All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery. You can contact our customer service department by sending an email to [email protected].
  • Provide Details: When reporting shortages or damages, please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. This will help us quickly resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
